Disclaimers
Last Updated: March 16, 2026
1. Platform Disclaimer
Legacy on Chain DAO L.L.C. (“Legacy on Chain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a technology platform that helps users organize, track, and manage asset information in a secure digital vault. We are not a law firm, financial advisory firm, accounting firm, brokerage, or fiduciary of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
The vault organizes and stores information you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your information and for consulting qualified professionals — including a licensed attorney, CPA, and/or financial advisor — before making decisions based on anything you see or do on this platform.
2. No Guarantee of Legal Enforceability
Naming a beneficiary, assigning inheritance percentages, or defining succession rules within your Legacy Vault does not create a legally binding will, trust, beneficiary designation, or transfer-on-death instrument. The vault is an organizational tool — not a substitute for properly executed legal documents.
To ensure your wishes are legally enforceable, you must work with a licensed attorney to draft and execute the appropriate estate planning documents in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Legacy on Chain makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal enforceability of any information stored in the vault.
3. Blockchain & Smart Contract Disclaimer
Legacy on Chain is organized as a Wyoming DAO LLC. Asset tokenization and smart contract–based succession features are currently on the development roadmap and are not yet operational. References to blockchain technology, tokenization, and smart contracts on this platform describe planned future capabilities, not current functionality, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When blockchain features become available, they will carry their own inherent risks, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network congestion or downtime, regulatory changes, and the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions. We will provide detailed disclosures specific to those features at the time of their release.
4. Beta Disclaimer
Legacy on Chain is currently in beta. The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features, functionality, data handling practices, and the user interface may change, be modified, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted access during the beta period. By using the platform during beta, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Use of the Legacy on Chain platform does not guarantee any particular legal, financial, or tax outcome. Individual results depend on your specific circumstances, the accuracy of the information you provide, the professionals you engage, and the legal requirements of your jurisdiction. Any examples, case studies, or sample data displayed on the platform (including the demo family office) are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual client outcomes.
6. Wyoming DAO LLC Structure
Legacy on Chain DAO L.L.C. is registered as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization Limited Liability Company under Wyoming law (Filing ID 2026-001918748). This legal structure does not imply that the platform is fully decentralized or that governance decisions are currently made through on-chain voting mechanisms. The DAO structure provides a legal framework for future decentralized governance as the platform matures.
7. Consult Qualified Professionals
Before implementing any strategy related to asset management, estate planning, succession planning, tax optimization, or wealth structuring, you must consult with qualified, licensed professionals appropriate to your situation. This includes but is not limited to:
- •A licensed attorney for legal and estate planning matters
- •A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for tax-related matters
- •A registered financial advisor for investment decisions
- •A blockchain or digital asset specialist when tokenization features launch
