Succession Rules

Death of Principal

Upon verified death of principal owner, control transfers to designated beneficiaries according to ownership percentages.

Trigger: DEATH_CERTIFICATE_VERIFIED

Priority 1

Incapacity Declaration

If principal is declared legally incapacitated by two physicians, spouse gains primary control with children as secondary.

Trigger: MEDICAL_INCAPACITY_VERIFIED

Priority 2

Voluntary Transfer

Principal may voluntarily transfer control to beneficiaries at any time with 30-day notice period.

Trigger: VOLUNTARY_TRANSFER_INITIATED

Priority 3

Emergency Succession

In case of sudden incapacity without prior arrangement, requires 3/4 beneficiary consensus to assume control.
